Film Noir Night

Two movies have just come in for me: one is Chinatown, the other is The Big Sleep. Both are film noir. I want to watch them. I've seen Chinatown before. It's a fine, fine movie that I can't sum up exept to say that it doesn't actually take place in Chinatown. The Big Sleep is based on the Raymond Chandler novel of the same name, and it stars Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall. Wednesday night (the 12th). My place. Show up at 7 [with or without food (containing few or no non-organic animal products)] if you like. If you come early, I may solicit your expert opinions re: my ongoing project. The movie starts at 8:30. Comment to RSVP or express a preference for or over the other.
