I hadn't driven it since I got my liscence. No wait, I hadn't drven it since my aunt was done with it and I parked it nearby and someone broke into it twice, and tried to hotwire it twice (unaware that ) and I took it to the mechanic and they charged ICBC for fixing things that had nothing to do with the break-in.
That was over two yars ago. I parked it and throught the rain would keep it clean. The rain decided instead to wash crap down from the giant oak tree hanging over it. That took about two hours to scour off.
And then I tried to start it only to find otu that the fuel pump was blown.
Ah! And I was so looking forward to an end-of-semester road-trip.
Wait! But what would be even more fun and less money than that? A trip where I don't have to drive my damn car!
Indeed. When I realized how much of a problem parking was in this city, I saw that I would often be better off to walk, get exercise, and finish my trip in the same amount of time. This is one of the reasons that I ditched it.
Cleaning it out, I found receipts addressed to my grandfather and the copy of Rosencratz and Guildenstern that Beth tried to produce.
Now it is getting towed by the kidney foundation who will presumably turn it into artificial kidneys. I guess that's what the airflow sensor is good for. At least I don't have to worry about them stealing mine.
However, in the trunk there is a driver's survival kit: floodlight, jumpers, jack and gas can. If you want 'em, comment and you can have 'em.
