Here's the protest details:

What: Protest the Exclusion of Transsexual and Intersexed women (as well as any other woman who doesn't have whatevre they define as "female physiology" and "life experience") from Lu's Pharmacy!

Where: Meet outside of Carnegie Hall (Hastings and Main)

When: Saturday, July 11th, 2009. Show up at 10am. We move over to Lu's at 10:30. Don't be late!

The media will be present, and this will be video-recorded. If you do not want to be filmed, bring an extra T-shirt, or a long-sleeved shirt - just make sure the neck isn't too wide. We will show you how to turn it into a ninja mask (don't worry, the shirt will be fine afterwards).

My partner says they also exclude sex workers and drug users (cept that use their drugs).

Do you have a link to the story where she says these things. I've seen it referenced but without links. I'd love to bring it up, but I want to make sure that we have a source to back us up.

From what i heard, it looks like she's said some awful classist things, but aren't planning to refuse service. But I haven't read all the press yet.
