...The goal of this research is to increase awareness of LGBT issues and help companies become more inclusive. Our survey is open, but we currently have transgender/transsexual respondents underrepresented. We would like to be able to discuss the varied experiences of all LGBT employees in organizations which requires getting a more diverse set of respondents....
