I did something right over the weekend.  Even though I'm really short on sleep today, I seem to have shaken the feeling of overall fatique and leaden limbs. I have more energy - not like caffeine energy  - my body just feels light.

Sleeping in a damp tent?
Vitamin B supplements?
Racing across winding roads?
Eating more animal products than usual?
Being near the ocean?
Extended emotionally-relevant conversations?

I felt pretty good after camping in the woods for a week, too. I was wondering why. My best guess? Just bein' outdoors 24/7 and away from my slouchy chair and computer desk.

I take vitamin B almost daily - it's good for my mood/anxiety shit, you might try it?
