Actually, I think I coined that term way back when. Both images captured Bush so perfectly that I couldn't conceive of not using both of them at the same time. So he became the monkey-puppet. Which I conceive as some simian muppet. Or possibly a monkey dummy with Dick Cheny as the ventriloquist.
