I'm leaving my apartment on August 1st, and my roomate, Kat, will need a replacement room-mate.
The apartment:
- $490/month rent, plus $55 each for electricity and internet
- Large floorspace with balcony
- 3rd floor, just at the North end of the Drive, between a large park and a light industrial complex
- Excellent natural light
- Excellent view of the North Shore
- Close to recreation centre, library bicycle paths, bus
Kat is allergic to cats and is vegetarian, and so appreciates a meat-and-cat-free environment
