Resolutions for 2011
1. Pursue romance. Fall in love. Get laid more.
2. Continue to practice physio. Regain the use of my arm.
3. Get cardio exercise 2+ times per week
4. Meditate, pray or whatever twice a week for 1⁄2 hour each time.
5. Listen to my body about sleeping, sun, time outs and food.
6. Playtest and name my storygame system
7. Dance

2. Not quite as much as I should, but better than I have been. Do it earlier in the day. Double-check to make sure range is covered.
3. Booking time with a trainer. Getting a gym pass. Refusing to ride when I can hike (this is Nelson - one does not "walk," one "hikes"). Tried a batshit ab workout today. Need more cardio
4. Attended Mahalakshmi Diksha yesterday. Hinduism is a bit foreign to my mode of understanding, so the event was more informative as a primer on polytheist methods than a new habit.
5. Good so far. Remembering that sleep yields longevity gets me to bed (whereas remembering that my body wants to get up earlier does not).
6. Starting a group tomorrow. Attendance problems may remain. Good mix of backgrounds.
7. Investigated movement centre. Some options, but will likely have to look elsewhere.
8. Drawing in a sci-fi-esque sportsbra. For me, this is feminine.
